HMF Peripherals - Loader Accessories HMF stock a range of original equipment, additional parts and options to develop and improve the operation of your HMF loader, or to customise it for your own requirements. Our range is: HMF Stabiliser foot spreader plates. These are particularly useful on soft ground, where standard stabiliser feet would sink in, and provide insufficient stability. They are produced from high durability, lightweight, 40mm thick nylon and provide a huge 400 x 400mm foot size, to distribute pressure and weight further. They are available in standard form, where they are simply slotted beneath the foot, or deluxe, where quick release brackets hold the plate to the foot itself. Radio remote control unit. This very useful accessory allows the loader operator to move around freely, within a range, and still be able to control the crane. In situations where vision of work area is poor from the truck, or when a load has to be precisely placed in a tricky area, the remote unit can prove invaluable. HMF's Electronic Vehicle Stability system. If your loader is fitted with either HMF 5100 RCL system with remote control unit, or with the HMF 5200 RCL system, then you can upgrade your safety system to include our ground breaking new EVS system. EVS automatically monitors loads on your crane, and the angle of tilt of your vehicle. If the vehicle or loader are in danger of overload or imbalance, the system automatically adjusts itself, to maintain optimum loader performance, with unequalled safety. Clam Shell Bucket. This attachment is used for moving soils, sands and aggregates. The bucket simply clamps shut, holding the load inside, until it gets to where it needs to be deposited. A rotator mechanism fitted to the bucket allows simple movement, and provides great control, manoeuvrability and versatility. Brick Grab attachment. If the model of crane allows attachment of additional equipment, (i.e. 1560, 2500) a brick grab attachment can be fitted, which allows the picking up of pallets of bricks and blocks, with ease. No need for slings, ropes, chains or fork-lifts, the clamping pressure of the jaws allows you to pick up large pallets with ease. For better vision and control of the loader, stand-up controls can be fitted. HMF Manual Jib Extensions. We can provide pull-out jib extensions for HMF loaders, which allow further reach when required. HMF Winch. Winches are available, to raise and lower loads, without lowering any booms. Working Lights. When working in low light conditions, an essential accessory would be good working lights. HMF can provide suitable lights for your HMF loader. HMF Hydraulic Oil Cooler. To prevent overheating, and allow faster working speeds for longer periods of time, we can supply an oil cooling unit for you HMF loader. Spray Touch-up paint.
